- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages are based off of the type of event, location (travel, lodge) and time needed for administrative task (research, site visits, etc.). Also depending on the size of the event if I would need to hire extra help. I am able to provide some decor items (tables, table clothes) for rent and create custom centerpieces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is a must. We need to get to know each other, communicate expectations and establish a great working relationship. It is important to me that I understand what your vision is for your event and if I am able to deliver everything that you are wanting.

My expertise was developed over 10+ years ago in Retail/Customer Service Management, Food Services, Administrative Support, Event Services, and Social Work/Case Management Services. There are so many different elements that an event composes; my background caters to every aspect of it.
