  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Depends on the type of services needed. Rates can be a flat rate or hourly rate. Considerate of your budget and willing to negotiate. Price list is provided when meeting for consultation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Talk with the client about their specific needs, budget, and scheduling. The first session is usually involves some type of assessment, especially for test prep areas like GED or ASVAB. The assessment will be reviewed and graded and results discussed with the client and a plan is put in place. If an assessment is not done, feedback is given to client (especially if it a child) for how I think the sessions should be moving forward. Emails, text messages and other forms of follow up are done as well.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    BS in Accounting from Fisk University with Cum Laude Honors; MSAC in Accounting from Strayer University; worked as an Accountant since 2007. Always researching the tax codes and reading publications on site; math knowledge and skills are always worked on up to a certain level (not including common core math)
