- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can design any menu to meet your budget. We offer three course dinners and 9 course tasting menus with wine, and everything inbetween. We can accommodate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to Chef Murph, he will respond as immediately as possible via phone. Chef Murph will ask for what type of event you're looking to plan, how many people, what type of cuisine, tasting menu or dinner menu or high tea!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Murph has owned and operated a fine dining French restaurant in the Isle of Man for over 10 years. Chef Murph is classically trained in French cuisine. He is a culinary instructor. He has won awards and competitions.
