She creates beautiful, tasty, and unique food to feed large groups that never feel or look mass-produced due to her unfailing attention to detail & she can work with your budget. I would absolutely hire her for my future catering events. Ma’s Cookin never fails to impress be it heavy hors d'oeuvres or a full meal plan. The Charcuterie we last had was incredible, a total work of art using the highest quality ingredients. People kept taking pictures of it before it was eaten. I am still dreaming about the Braised Brisket crostini with pickled shallots on parsnip puree, genius! Her crown roast of lamb was cooked to total perfection and presented beautifully. All of her sides are inventive and artfully composed. Chef Foltz is wonderful to work with. She takes the time to make sure she knows what your food vision is for your event and discusses everything including allergies. You will not be disappointed! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been cooking for over half my life. I have had formal training via the Art Institute of Atlanta before they got super scammy and graduated in 2004 from there. Since then, I have been all over Atlanta working as a pastry chef and working my way up to being a Corporate Executive Chef for a restaurant group of 4 locations. I've planned and executed hundreds of events both small dinners to large events for 400 + people. I'm hoping to get the opportunity to bring some of the skills I have to your event.
