I enjoyed working with Bakar. We hire personal trainers for different reasons and as someone who already works out regularly, I needed someone to push me to the next level. There were some days that I really didn't like Bakar😣, but he was giving me what I asked for. I loved the results I was seeing and only stopped due to a move. I would recommend Bakar as your next or first personal trainer. Expect to work...but Expect Results!!!

AAP was a great experience! I joined AAP to get in shape for my beach wedding. In 4 months they were able to help me change my whole body! I went from 147 pounds to 135! I went from having 24% body fat to 13%! I am 5'8" and was wearing size 10 jeans and now I wear a 4! They not only help you exercise in the gym they teach you about nutrition and diet. Ashley takes you on healthy shopping trips that teach you about the healthy, clean foods you should be eating! She is continuously motivating you through emails, videos, and Facebook messages. Getting in shape is hard work but You will not get bored of your diet or routine with AAP, they make fitness exciting! They have a fantastic new gym and great trainers. They offer Fit Camps so you can exercise with them almost every day, no excuses! If you are looking for a place that really cares about you getting healthy and not just making money call AAP! I was able to completely change my body in 4 months! I am happier and have so much more energy! I finally feel like I have the body that I want and deserve. They helped me feel my best on my wedding day and I am so grateful!

If you are looking to lose weight, create healthy habits and ultimately change your life then Mrs. Mary Sabat is the woman for you! I had the opportunity of shadowing Mrs. Sabat this past year for one of my sports nutrition rotations. I am very happy I had her as my mentor. Working with Mrs. Sabat was an absolutely amazing experience. She was always willing to help and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how busy she was. She taught me how to apply the knowledge and skills I learned at university and employ them to real world circumstances. Her nutritional knowledge and understanding are unbounded. As a dietetics student, I wanted the first-hand perspective of what Mrs. Sabat's clients would be undertaking, so I signed up for her Two-Week Detox Plan. I was pleasantly surprised at how informative the plan was! It broke down not only what I would be eating, but also why and what nutritional benefits I would be receiving. I ended up losing 9 pounds and my husband lost 12! I highly recommend Mrs. Sabat to anyone looking for a Registered Dietitian and personal trainer.

I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best.     "Da'Mon is a truly excellent trainer not to mention one of the top Powerlifters in the country and at one point was a top crossfitter in the Southeast. I have been training with him for almost 6 years both in the ​home and at the studio. He is the perfect combination of tough ("Damn, you are KILLING me!") and warm ("Dana, you are doing SO well"), and he works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, body is Sexy!, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend him without reservation." His biggest draw against other personal trainers is the fact that he is also a life coach so he not only assists me physically, emotionally, and mentally he also has the knowledge to assist with advice on my entrepreneurial ventures and has been monumental in my success.

      Matt is an amazing trainer along witb his expert training staff. This personal training studio has customized workouts that will increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. Matt customized my workouts that helped shring my fibroid and reduce my miagraines. His customized seesions and diets are for any age and level of excerise. Even in group sessions, all trainers in this gym provide one on one guidance because they want the proper form while being trained and not how many reps you can do during training. I am greatful for being a member at Energy Fitness.

      The menu items were personalized to fit our needs. We were able to watch Nicole prepare and cook several of the food choices and then we sampled everything. She provided details about what she cooks and the nutritional value of the items compared to other foods. The cooking lesson was a birthday for my boyfriend and his favorite part was making our own pizzas. In addition to the making pizzas to go (and who doesn't love pizza), we left with plenty of tasty leftovers from this fun experience.

        I started training with Hector a month ago. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me regain control of my workout regimen and improve my overall strength and conditioning. Hector is very knowledgeable and he will work with you to find a schedule and workouts that will help you achieve your goals. For instance, I sit all day at my job and therefore my hips are very tight. He is helping me exercise the right muscles to get into alignment and alleviate tightness in my hips. I can't explain how much each session has helped me. I have used his training sessions to get through some personal issues and to build confidence in myself. He will push you hard during each workout, but at the same time he will motivate you to work harder and see what you're capable of.

          How much does a nutritionist cost?

          A nutritionist provides expertise and guidance to help clients with all diet-related health matters, including losing weight, gaining muscle, improving their sports performance, and managing diabetes or high cholesterol. Nutritionists can help people learn to follow special diets in a healthy way, such as becoming vegetarian or vegan or developing a low-sodium or gluten-free eating plan. The average national cost of a nutritionist is $60 to $100. Nutritionists often require an initial consultation with a new client, during which they’ll take a medical history, assess the client’s nutritional needs, and determine the best course of action; this first meeting usually averages $100-$120 for a 45-minute to 90-minute consultation.
