Hiring Darren was the best decision I made. He may understand how the law works because that's his job, but I didn't. Well, Darren spent a lot of time explaining the law and the process to me. I was hit by another car and from the very start Darren put my health first. He made sure that I received proper medical care. He saw to it that I got excellent medical care and was fully healed before he ever agreed to settling my case. Darren was honest with me. He told me the strengths of my case and the weaknesses of my case. I appreciated that because he didn't mislead me nor did he settle my case for less money than was right. Darren is a great attorney and the settlement he got for me was a fantastic one. Had we gone to trial, I don't know if we would have gotten more though Darren let me make the decision whether to settle or go to a trial. He answered my questions, treated with me with respect, and was available whenever I called him. He's a solid guy and I'm really happy I chose him as my lawyer. My hip injury came from a slip and fall at an internationally known hotel in the Atlanta area as a result of hotel negligence. Darren was crucial in establishing communications with the responsible party's lawyers after he identified that the corporation was counting on us missing the filing deadline. Free. Meaning you never pay us. We choose our clients carefully because we only get paid if and when we win. We get paid a percentage of the winning amount. So for example, if we win $300,000 for you, then we get paid $100,000. We are confident in our skills and our relationships.
