- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our 1-on-1 personal training packages can be as low as $40 per session and are available for: month-to-month training packages 6 month training packages 12 month training packages These packages give you high level of attention from your trainer and you will have complete privacy if you desire. - - - We also offer small group training which can be as low as $18 per class and are available for: - Single Class Drop In 6 Month Unlimited or 12 Month Unlimited These are small intimate groups with no more than 8 people, you will still receive high level individual attention in a fun social environment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?You'll start off strong with a fun and energetic, professionally guided workout experience that you'll remember! We will help you re-discover your fitness level, set clear goals, and drive you towards them. It's rewarding and motivating. With our thorough evaluation and JumpStart session: we set you on a path to succeed and customize a plan that fits your specific needs. This introductory package was developed for you to learn and experience the effectiveness of a 1-on-1 session with a personal trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an athletic background. I was an NCAA athlete in college and have been a competitive athlete for over 20 years.
