I always looked forward to my morning class with Nikki even though I'm not a morning person. Never a boring moment. She mixes things up each class and keeps you moving different muscle groups to get a total body workout. Loved the prayer and reflection time at the end. It left me ready to take on the challenges of the day. Money and time well spent!

I used to like Zumba and step before working with Nikki! She is so awesome that nothing else could compare. She created a positive and healing environment which enhanced the already highly productive workout. I highly recommend training with Nikki.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Definitely do your research. Check referrals/reviews. Make sure the professional is concerned with safety and proper form. If you don't feel safe and your trainer isn't guiding you according to your fitness level, then you need to move on to someone that can create a program that's perfect for you. This is not a "one program fits all" deal.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Why exactly are you looking for a trainer/coach? What are your expectations? What motivates you? What are your short and long term goals? Are you looking to participate in group training or are you wanting private sessions? What is your budget and are you willing to bend some if you know a program will change your life?
