Every single session I had with Lisa taught me something brand new! One of her strongest qualities, (aside from being an incredible personal trainer) is her ability to really meet you where you’re at , being able to be realistic and informative and being able to help you reach your goals(Both short term and long term). She always made sure any exercise I performed, was done with proper form. She has an eye for being able to point out even the slightest thing that should be adjusted in order to work to the best of my ability, get the most out of my workouts, and do so safely ! Her willingness to go the extra mile and reach out with daily check in’s and accountability texts really show her true dedication to helping you reach your goals. In and out of the gym. Not only did I gain strength and physically look and feel better , but Lisa helped me get my confidence back! She became much more than just a trainer! Any achievements big or small were noticed by her and just when I thought I couldn’t do something she challenged me to push myself to be better and better every time. There was No tire I couldn’t flip , or rope I couldn’t climb , thanks to Lee !! Thank you Lisa for all your hard work and effort , in and out of the gym !!

Lisa is an amazing personal trainer! She helped me reach my fitness goals, making me a better person mentally and physically and pushed me through every workout! I always left her workouts sore. I am one to complain through all things I do not enjoy doing, but Lisa was patient and pushed me through! She is the absolute best and I would recommend her to anyone!

Working with Lisa has been amazing. She is a great and funny person and I love coming in to workout. I started working with her mid summer and my goal was to loose some weight and also help my knee problem. Just after a little bit of time and have started to feel more confident in my clothes and I feel better when I move. In the past I was scared of doing any fast movements because of my injury but now I feel so much better and can do things I couldn’t.

Training with Lisa was a dream come true! When I started out, I had very little concept of how best to work out (what equipment to use, alignment, etc.) Lisa listened intently when I talked about my goals and hopes for training and formulated a workout plan tailored specifically to my needs. She taught me how to handle equipment I was previously too intimidated to handle. She demonstrated all the exercises herself with poise and accuracy. When I was feeling nauseous during training sessions, she prompted a conversation about my dietary habits in order to get to the root of the cause. Her care and investment in her clients shines through everything she does. Beyond training, she’s just a really awesome, kind, down to earth person. Training with her was like training with a super positive, encouraging friend, not a mean or overly aggressive coach (which may work for some but definitely not for me!) I can’t recommend Lisa Ulley enough. Since working with her, I’ve gained so much confidence in my ability to work out, especially in gym settings where I’m often the smallest woman in a room full of super muscular, big men. Her belief in me and my ability helped me believe in myself and I think that’s best gift anyone can receive.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The pricing is based on package rates: 12 package program: $90 per session 8 package program: $100 per session (Group Training available as well. Inquire about pricing)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    - First, I like to jump on a call to get to know you and see how I can best assist you. It’s important for me to take lifestyle into consideration. Everyone is different and their needs vary. - Then, based on our conversation, we’ll set up a free trial session where we will get to know each other better, go over a physical/movement assessment so I can program accordingly for your needs, and then we’ll set up a schedule that works for the both of us to set you up for success!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
