There is no trainer in this world better than Stephanie! She is the perfect balance of kind and kick your ass! She really understand nutrition and the human body. She has so much passion and continually gets better as a trainer! I totally recommend her to help you reach your fitness goals !

When I first talked to her she was very responsive and happy to get me started and to help me along ,when I met her she was very optimistic I would enjoy her program but when she told me her price and I asked if she could
Do any low r since I was a full time student and mom she never replied back , I even asked if she knew anyone who had lower prices and never responded .its one thing to say you aren’t able to do that ,but to completely ignore someone is rude.

I have worked with trainers for the past 14 years in various states and Steph was the first trainer that produced noticeable results within the first 3 weeks. She starts the process with understanding and recording your goals. Then, she builds out a roadmap to ensure you are both aligned to get the work in to make the desired changes you want. I lost 7 lbs within the first 2 weeks and by the end of the month I felt the difference in my body strength. I have several serious injuries that have set me back and she was able to identify/modify based on my specific needs while delivering serious results. Now, take note… she is a serious coach and consultant… she will hold you accountable and make you do the work. And she is available for live online trainings and she still ensures you make an impact. I highly recommend her to any female to enhance your health and life performance.

TwumFit has changed my life!! I never thought I would fall in love with being active and eating healthy until I started training with Stephanie! She’s the kindest and most caring trainer I have ever dealt with. She motivates me and pushes passed my limits so I can reach my goal! She’s the best trainer ever and a great person in general! So thankful for her in my life!
