- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for screen repairs is for an original/high quality screen. We offer a 60- day warranty. All screen repairs come with a tempered glass. Traveling fee is included in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out exactly what they need and giving them the reasoning behind it, finding the best time and location for the client, and making the rest of the process hands-off for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a mobile repair business, a brick and mortar repair store, and a corporate repair store for a running 5 years.
