FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. I generally charge a fixed rate for labor on each job. If there are two or more jobs to be done at the same time, I would offer a discount on one of those projects. ( I found that the fixed pricing saves the customer money if you should run into unexpected complications, which some times happens in plumbing.) If not, their bill would keep going up with the passage of time. This is just my way of looking out for my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out what their specific need is, and assure them that I will do my very best fulfill those needs in a professional and cost effective manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from my grandfather who was the Chief Plumber for our city's main hospital and also attended to a technical college where I learned in depth about the plumbing trade. I also received courses when I worked for other plumbing companies prior to starting my own business. Even now, I often do research and study updated plumbing articles in an effort to keep up new trends of the trade.
