Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Train at Home Atlanta is the whole package and you'll leave each session feeling like you can accomplish anything.
I have been doing yoga wit Michelle for 3 years now, and I LOVE her class! She shares her passion for and knowledge of Hatha Yoga in such a wonderful and caring way. She displays genuine concern for all of her clients/students, and easily individualizes the postures with simple adjustments or by the use of blocks and blankets. She's the best instructor I've had since I moved to Atlanta and I look forward to my Saturday morning classes every week. I am an Atlanta based freelance yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, no matter their age or weight. We offer vinyasa yoga classes to all ages and levels. We have two studio rooms; one heated to 95 degrees for hot vinyasa yoga, the other is a comfortable 75 degrees for all non-hot classes. Pilates and hot Pilates, as well as yin yoga classes are also available. Kids classes are offered for kids starting at 4 years old.
