  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Each prospective client receives a pr consultation. During this time, the prospect share their goals and objectives. After the consult, our Consultant follows up with a plan of action on how the prospect may move forward. If desired, a complete request for proposal (rfp) is prepared. Once signed on, most if not all clients require press/media kits. It is the most basic yet vital tool of a pr campaign. During campaign strategy sessions we consider community outreach efforts, develop execution blueprint, and a specific calendar plan of action. Bringing attention to any newsworthy action on behalf of our clients is expressed using the vehicle of a press release, community postings, and well placed social media postings. All efforts are decisive in efforts of garnering earned media coverage thus raising our clients community awareness.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The challenge I come across often is a client not knowing or understanding the task of a Publicist. I believe education is key! Therefore, I educate my prospects upon initial meetings and throughout the entire process. My best advise is to read through material provided, and trust the provider...ME! PR is often miss understood. Marketing is not the same as advertising and neither are the same as public relations. Unlike paid advertising, public relations coverage is NOT guaranteed. Yet, public relations is very much more credible. Additionally, PR is also a process. Nothing occurs overnight, patience is required. Seeds are planted, some sprout right away and others slowly fill in.
