Anita is an absolute pleasure to work with. She goes far above and beyond. After 2-1/2 years I have zero complaints. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all the time. Online and Classroom training. I am constantly reading articles and doing research on the rental housing industry. I will even take a class that is similar to a class that I have already taken about leasing, housing, property mgmt., etc.. from a different teacher. Just to see if that teacher will provide some new information that I missed or did not know.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Unlike other real estate related jobs, the fundamental rules don't change.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of services we offer are Tenant Placement and Property management services.
