This has had to be best tax experience I have ever had. When I contacted them. They were very responsive, cost effective, & convenient. I didn’t have to leave my home. I just to the pictures and pdf’s of my tax documents and uploaded them onto there secured portal. In less than 24 hours my taxes were completed and a big refund. I’ll be back again next year. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial consultation verifying all personal, tax documents, &/or business information. We have an online secured portal clients may upload their documents onto(FREE). Once all documents have been verified and interview completed (5-10 minute interview) Process all documents into our tax software, contact client to advise of tax return filings All of our tax preparation(s) comes with audit protection & tax planning for next year. Therefore, our client(s) will be set up for a successful tax year
