- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take into account the location, terrain, and materials needed to for each specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know what will be included in the lawn care service. Pointing out things that may need attention in the future like overgrown shrub, low-hanging tree limbs or dead plants that need removal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lucky to have had and learned from great managers but also great people with passion and love for the industry. I attend landscape seminars and have subscriptions to Lawn Care magazines to stay current of trends and practices in the industry.
