What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all budgets, it really just depends on what the client wants, we don't want to hold back our clients vision just because of budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know my customers. When a client hires me they are apart of the family. And I make sure that they know that I'm here for my clients, to make my clients narrative come to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly work with my university, old professors, peers in the field and review video constantly to make sure that I stay on trend at the very least if not being on the cutting edge in my field.
