Working with Jason Schwartz was an absolute pleasure. From our first meeting, I knew immediately that my wedding ceremony would flow seamlessly. Jason displayed a level of diligence and preparedness that set him apart from the rest in the wedding industry. His patience and professionalism guided us through the planning process, the rehearsal, and culminated in a beautifully orchestrated wedding ceremony. Jason's careful planning and attention to detail created the happiest day of my life, and I cannot possibly thank him enough.

We used TopHat Affairs to perform our wedding ceremony in Atlanta. We knew "kind of" the type of ceremony that we wanted, but not what to actually put in the ceremony- this is where Jason really saved us. He met with us before the ceremony and spent a couple of hours helping us craft a ceremony that reflected our personal beliefs and values. During the wedding he was engaging and witty- which was important to too- we wanted a serious that was both serious but also contained a little levity too. It was the perfect blend of both. It's a great feeling for people to come up to you afterwards and mention that they really enjoyed the officiant. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to get married. His prices were competitive (not on the high end) but right in the middle (and yes we did comparison shop). We did opt to have him come to the rehearsal- just to make sure we all were comfortable with the flow of the ceremony. All in all he was fantastic.

The Perfect Wedding Officiant! Jason was extremely helpful during the whole process of my trying to figure out the specifics on my ceremony. He offered valuable feedback, answered all my questions, and truly made the process very easy for myself and my groom. He was also very patient and flexible with his schedule, easy to speak to, and overall very pleasant. I truly appreciated all of his time and efforts and would refer him 100%.

Never having met Jason before the ceremony we were not sure what to expect. We were extremely pleased. Jason delivered a beautiful ceremony and brought a personal touch to it. He immediately made all of us feel very comfortable and we would highly recommend him for your wedding!

Jason was very professional and made our lives much easier for our special day. He took the time to meet with us and go over all the options for our wedding vows. He then allowed us to make changes and additions if needed. Jason came to both the rehearsal and the wedding on time. We could not thank him enough for his time and effort.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are based on whether the client wants a simple ceremony or a customized ceremony. As well, there is an additional fee if a rehearsal is required. A deposit is required to save the date, and is non refundable for customized ceremonies once the ceremony has been emailed to the client for review. I do not charge for changes in customized ceremonies. Deposits for simple ceremonies are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I compose and hold ceremonies for traditional, non-traditional, non-denominational, mixed religion, and same sex marriages. Fun ceremonies are encouraged, as we like to help make ceremonies that friends and family will always remember.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Does the provider allow you to choose the ceremony, or do you just get what they have when they show up on your wedding day? Are you allowed to make changes to the ceremony? Does the provider charge extra to make more than one or two changes? When you think about your wedding ceremony, recall others that you have attended. Did the ceremony seem to fit the couple? I make every effort to make each ceremony personalized so my clients can say it is "their" ceremony. Make your ceremony yours, and make it one that your family, friends, and guests won't forget.
