FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been progressing throughout the years: I started as a very amateur photographer taking a lot of black and white shots (this was back in the film days..) and slowly moved towards taking it seriously. Today I have the skills, equipment, and passion to make it a profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs are the three that I've listed before: events, couples, and families. I love all three for different reasons as they all require something a bit different. Event photography is great as it allows me to be surrounded by the energy and fun of a party. Working with couples has been a lot of fun as I love getting to know people and it's always a treat to be there as they begin a happy life together. I enjoy family sessions for the spontaneity of it all. When working with kids there is no telling what sorts of shots I might end up with, but, those are often the best.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Spend some time looking at the photographer's work. I can write all I want about this stuff, but if you like the way I have shot things in the past, chances are you're going to like the way I handle your session.
