Introduction: I am an experienced and well-trained yoga instructor available for private one on one or small group session. I have studied with teachers from all different backgrounds including ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, Dharma Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin yoga, restorative, Jivamukti, Bikram, and Kali Natha. Which ever style you want to study and whatever your goals are, I will tailor a plan and sequence classes to help you reach the highest expression of yourself. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, I work with all levels. I also have experience doing bodywork and Thai massage. This can be paired with yoga instruction or separately.

i never thought i could get some of the harder positions, but chris was kind, knowledgeable, and patient; he worked with me until i felt confident! i definitely saw and felt the difference! i will be going back and taking his class again!

I’ve been practicing yoga for 16 years, all over the world, and Chris is easily in my top ten favorite instructors. He has a refreshing approach that invites both reverence, and light-hearted laughter, into the room. He’s animated, encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly. The instructing style was within reach for the beginner, and inspiring for the advanced practitioner. I recommend Chris to any level yoga patron.

I started with my own personal practice. The more I practiced, the more I wanted to learn. I did my first teacher training and after that I was hooked. Several trainings later, I don’t know where I’d be in life if I wasn’t teaching!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who speaks to you. Not every teacher is right for every person. Find someone you authentically connect with.
