I have been working with David for a year now and I am extremely happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I had very little gym experience when I started. I actually hated the gym. David was both professional and patient with his instructions as I learned the new exercises and equipment. He takes the time to demonstrate proper form so that I get the most out of each exercise. He knows a lot about human anatomy, muscle movement and I always leave the gym feeling like I received a balanced workout. The gym is fully loaded with modern, clean, colorful equipment and when David flips the sound system on, you are definitely inspired to work hard. With one year behind me now, I must admit I’ve seen tremendous improvements in my core strength, balance, and posture. With David’s expert advice and broad knowledge base on diet, supplements and nutrition, I’m now focused on more muscle mass. Working with David has been amazing! I have health challenges that make it difficult to work out but David's program has helped me become stronger. I look forward to our sessions together. David helps me with my form and balance. If I'm having trouble with a particular exercise, he always finds a way to modify it so I can do it safely.
