    I started working with David in September of 2017 and have really enjoyed training with him. I began working with David in hopes of getting toned and learning more focused practices I could use in the gym. He has educated me in full-body training, and I can now burn more calories while also strengthening multiple areas at the same time ... all in LESS time then I was spending in the gym previously. However, I have been most impressed and appreciative in David's approach to training. He also spends training time on realignment and body aches (when needed or requested). On our first session he immediately identified concerns with my hips, stemming from years of ballet (i.e. constant turn out) and we have also been working on strengthening my back. I occasionally have backaches from my job (driving, desk work, heavy lifting) and he helps me stretch into the affected areas on weeks when I'm sore. After 4 months with David I have noticeable results in my core, endurance and body alignment. He has completely improved how I approach my work outs alone. I love that he challenges me, but that I always feel successful and accomplished in our workouts. He greatly varies my workouts each week, and he has a gym full of awesome equipment that I had never tried before! This is one of the best investments I have made for improving my lifestyle ... I highly recommend a commitment with David!

    David is very informative, professional and really shows concern for his clients. I have been suffering from back pain for a long time. I went to David and I have been back pain free. I would highly recommend his program to anyone of any age and any body condition. He is really educated in what he does. I can not wait until the next session.

      I typically work ONE on ONE ( or at most group of Two or THREE )pricing is available based on frequency and duration . 1 Session is $150 ( can apply for financial assistance if necessary) Multiple Session pricing starts at $100 an hour other pricing programs available on a 1 on 1 basis.       All clients receive a full profile screening with 360 degree structural analysis as well as gate pattern analysis. History of health, DIET/NUTRITION, Sleep etc... .I always :LISTEN to my clients to understand their goals, perceived limitations .

      The foundation of my training is Posture and Biomechanics ( Body is a unit) The certification programs that address these areas far exceed the knowledge attained in my ACE and NASM Courses. As a competitive Division I athlete I am always seeking best of practice methods and training for Optimal results.
