Katie is AWESOME! I am hooked. I started with body combat and cxworx at her studio, and after 2 1/2 weeks (about 3-4 times per week), I had lost over 7inches overall. I have not changed diets, but really just indulge in moderation. She does have a great diet Plan that I'll probably start soon. I had back and neck surgery about a year and a half ago and told her this from the beginning. She is highly trained and always gives mOdifications and encouragement. The trainers in class are always vigilant of the "tribe" and make sure we are all safe and not injuring ourselves. Since starting, I've gone from daily migraines (from my surgery) to maybe one per week. I've gone from constant back pain to a stronger core structure that alleviates a lot of the strain. Let's just say I'm hooked ! The best part is the Non judgmental attitude of the entire class. Everyone is a big faMily with similar goals, amd Katie is the center of all of it! I had the absolute pleasure of having Bill as my trainer at BodyPlex in Buford Georgia just north of Atlanta. He was my weekly trainer for about a year and he was chosen for me in the beginning when I joined the club. His personality and demeanor were very polite but at the same time he could be assertive enough for me to get every task done that he had scheduled for me that particular day of training. I've always had a tendency to want to give up about three quarters of the way through but he had away about him that made me want to complete the task. I also enjoyed learning something different at every training session. I don't think he ever had me do the same thing twice. Bill was the first trainer I had that I actually look forward to going to my training sessions. I enjoyed them even more when I started to see the results . Bill was also very knowledgable of health and nutrition. I know a lot of people miss Bill, including myself, and I'm sure that he will be liked by many with his future clients!!
Mark is an excellent personal trainer. He is well educated and very professional. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to fitness and health. One of the main reasons why I chose Mark as my personal trainer was because he has a degree in Exercise Science and wasn’t someone of the street who got their training license online. Before having Mark as my personal trainer, I did not know nothing about working out or even knew how to work the exercise equipment. I was even nervous about going to the gym but Mark changed that. He made working out fun but still challenging. While working with Mark, my body fat went from 14.9% to 6.9 % in 3 months. I came to Mark with a goal of becoming toned, to build up my strength and work on my fatigue. Now I love working out and going to the gym! Thanks Mark!

I have always been hesitant of working with a trainer, mostly because I have been afraid of being criticized, scolded or beaten down. My perception of personal training has definitely changed after working with Tatyana. She was understanding of my goals and truly supported me in the process by developing individualized plans, listening, teaching and encouraging me to take ownership of my health. I have been training with Rob for about three weeks now and during that time my point of view on physical training has changed. I actually like going to go workout. Rob has a calm, peaceful demeanor that makes his company pleasant. He makes you want to work hard! He explains the movements you are doing and what muscles you are using.
