Alicia gave an amazing deep tissue massage. She was able to provide relief of a trigger point that had been causing me great pain, as well as ease sciatic pain. She was conscientious of the amount of pressure she used and ensured that it was appropriate for me throughout the massage by asking if the pressure was enough or too much. She replied to any questions I had, but otherwise, she was quiet and allowed me to really enjoy the soothing music and massage. I highly recommend Alicia!

The job was for my 86 year old mother which I'm told went quite well and we have schedule for another appointment in November. As long as my mother is happy....then so am I.

Over the last 40 years I have had many kinds of bodywork: chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, Rolfing, myofascial release, etc. Because of chronic issues with my neck and lower back, my chiropractor recently recommended Chuck Lubeck and "Rossiter." This is a modality that I had never heard of, but I made an appointment immediately, and I was amazed that I could walk out of the first session without pain. I have now had four sessions, and I can report that my neck and lower back are in better shape that they have been in years. A chiropractic adjustment would help in the short term, but now the adjustments "hold." My chiropractor could "feel" the big difference in my back and neck at the last visit. If you have structural issues, give Chuck a chance to work his magic! It is a unique modality, and I think you will be impressed.

A+. Jennifer was amazing and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have received massages from brick and mortar locations several times and the hassle of getting in is frustrating. On location and reasonable rates and EXCELLENT service and skill in her craft.

About

We do deep tissue massage which targets muscle tension and soreness, and improves flexibility and mobility. We also do full- body Swedish massage which is a seated chair massage focusing on the high-stress muscles of the upper and lower back. We perform neuromuscular therapy. Unlike some therapies that relax and relieve minor pain, deep neuromuscular therapy works zones in on the cause and effect. The principles of neuromuscular therapy are biomechanics, postural distortion, trigger points, nerve entrapments, nerve compression and ischemia.

About

I am a holistic health practitioner specializing in therapeutic massage. I have been in practice for 10 years. I listen to and assess your needs and create a specialized focused approach based on current symptoms and history of issues. I've been praised to have an intuitive touch finding trouble areas and alleviating the pain. Desired pressure is no issue. I offer light touch and deep tissue applications along with muscle stretching. I'll coach you in the proper ways to breathe, allowing the body to regain its sense of balance and release stress tension during your session, and I will give you tips for between sessions. I believe that the body is a vessel in which we move about serving our purpose in life; why not move with ease and pain free?
