After interviewing several contractors on and off thumbnails, I decided to hire Jordan and Jennifer to clean and paint the walls and trims of my house after my tenants left it in less than desirable condition. My initial interview was by phone with Jennifer. I was immediately sold by her energy, her willingness to accommodate my demanding schedule and her professionalism, not to mention the very reasonable pricing. After meeting the two of them in person, I was convinced that I had the right team. They did not disappoint. I was delighted by the result. This is a polite, respectful, trustworthy, and energetic couple who did not stop working until the job was complete and thoroughly done. Thy went above and beyond what I hired them for, and help me by changing over a dozen light bulbs, hauling trash and doing minor fixes prior to painting. Jennifer cleaned the house as if it were her own. I was amazed at the change when I made the final walk through. The house looked brand new again. I would hire Jordan and Jennifer anytime and recommend them to any of my friends, and even my grandmother and my children.

Jennifer showed up in a timely manner to clean the house; however that's the only positive thing I can say about this one-time deep clean. What seemed like a good deal of $160 would have been if anything I'd asked to be done had been. At this point it seems like someone taking advantage of an ill person with a compromised immune system. Hardly anything I asked to be done (which I could have if I were in better health) I would have done again. I asked Jennifer if she ran into any issues while cleaning my house and received no feedback so that's why I'm posting this. I explained my health situation, and the fact that I'm also dealing with my mother's. I walked Jennifer through the house and explained what I wanted. The bathroom was barely touched; the tub was not touched at all. The second bedroom I said did not have to be organized; just put the clutter in the plastic containers. It was not touched. There was dust under the bed in the master bedroom; there was dust under the couch in the living room and the entertainment center. I now have to hire someone to come in and redo the entire job. $300 which is no a small chunk of change. Guess I will be sticking with the professionals from now on.

i have to disagree. i cleaned everything that was asked of me. i was told not to bother the 2nd bedroom, also i cleaned more than was originally asked of me. i am sorry you feel that it was not what you requested but i take pride in my own and my workers hard work. this is the only negative feedback we have ever received. i wish the best for you. thank you.
