From the very beginning of wedding planning I knew I wanted a videographer. My husband was less on board until he started watching videos on Randy's youtube page. He quickly realized the value in having our day captured in more than just still photographs. And price wise, I really feel that Genetix recordings is competitively priced and worth every penny we paid. Randy was very open to work within our budget and was a pleasure to work with.Every time I contacted Randy he replied promptly and most importantly, he was thorough. He was professional, punctual, and accommodating. We absolutely love our wedding movie and highlight video!! I cried the first time I watched our movie. It was beautifully edited and just perfect! It really captures the whole feel of the day and all the great moments! This video will be a cherished keepsake for so many years to come. Randy, thank you for capturing all the special moments and allowing us to relive our special day whenever we want. You are an awesome and talented videographer. Randy came out to video my daughter's wedding and he was simply awesome. He was on time and maybe even earlier than I expected. Very professional and kind and he work very well with the wedding coordinator and photographer. We received the dvd in a timely manner. I knew when I first spoke with him that I didn't have anything to worry about. From day one, I knew I had made the right choice. The dvd was unbelievable. I mean he did such a wonderful job. The wedding and reception was captured in a magnificent way. Just absolutely beautiful. Thank you Randy for providing my daughter and son with such a beautiful video. If you are looking for a videographer for you special event, I highly recommend Genetix to capture those precious moments. We planned a private ceremony for April 25th at the breathtaking Roswell Mill with the backdrop of the waterfalls as our scenery. We were also in the process of planning a formal wedding on August 16th in Spencerport, NY for family and friends. After hiring Genetix to videotape our private ceremony and seeing the excellent quality of their production we have since cancelled the plans for another ceremony. Genetix professional work exceeded our expectation. We are now going to share the 30 minute video that was captured at the falls and save thousands. We can clearly hear all of the words and see the scenery. Nothing could compare to the first exchange. Our August wedding will now consist of our private ceremony video and a reception. It is also allowing us to repeat the video and reception in both hometowns. This would not have been possible if Genetix video was just average. Genetix is saving us thousands of dollars!!! My husband is ecstatic about the savings. Sounds like extra spending money in Hawaii. Lastly, if you are on a budget and would like to consolidate on capturing your special moments. I would also recommend Genetix for your still photos. This is not what they advertise but the owner, Randy Harris was very professional and accommodating. He did an outstanding job and he delivered our video ahead of schedule. It featured beautiful music when words weren't being spoken, a beautifully edited video, with leading captions and few photos. We had a couple of edit request and they quickly made the changes. They arrived early to capture scenery not in our setting areas. We will forever be grateful to Randy for capturing our New Beginning together...It was fabulous!! Genetix knows how to deliver excellence at a very reasonable price. The finished product far exceeds charges for their service.

Randy nailed it! The quality and speed of delivering the finished product was amazing. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism during the ceremony and reception as well. He arrived early, was well prepared, and seemed to work well with the photographer and other vendors to make sure everything went well. We were very pleased with Randys work and highly recommend him.

Yes, I have a standard price. Please contact me for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what are the clients looking for in the final project. I prefer the clients to choose the music they would like to hear in their film. The music they choose fits their personality. Clients are welcome to ask any question they may have. If a client wants or considering me for hire, I ask them to indicate that I am hired on thumbtack then trade email info to email a contract.
