- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years culinary and kitchen management experience. I received my culinary training in one of the restaurant capitals of the world, New York City. I further developed my culinary skills at the five-star World Famous The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel where I was classically trained in French cuisine. Born in St. Thomas USVI and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I've lived in Atlanta since 2002 and have owned and managed two restaurants in the metro Atlanta area.
