I called them after my initial movers cancelled on me and they came and did my move same day with little notice. The movers were fast and friendly and did a great job! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!!
I worked with Scott on my quote and to set up the appointment for the move - everything went well there. I had to follow-up for a receipt on my deposit after waiting 24 hours, but that's no big deal. I read about this situation in some of the reviews prior to hiring Next Door - - - > I clearly asked for 2 movers, and the company sent 3 with an updated estimate for 3. I realize that having fewer moves may equate to the job lasting longer, which is an increased cost. However, if you ask a customer how many movers they want, and you quote them on that, you should not just "send 3" because you feel like it. The mover has made an 'adult' decision on cost/movers/hours based on the rate information provided. Otherwise, don't ask... just state "for a job of this size we'll have to send 3 movers." The movers were great (manager - Aaron) in the following areas. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible while taking care of the furniture. They had outstanding personalities, which helps if you're going to be with them for hours, and they seemed focused on customer satisfaction - except in one area, which I'll cover next. If you're looking for extreme attention to detail for your move, consider some alternatives. While I was happy with my move and tipped each of the crew men (they deserved it), I can't review the company without pointing out these things: - The appointment was for 8:30-9:30am arrival. Aaron called me at 9:02 am to tell me they were on the way. At 10:02am I had to call him for an update. He said they were "gassing up the truck" and were about 20 minutes away - which they were. When punctuality is key, perhaps "gassing up the truck" is something that could be done prior to the job. If not, please call if you're missing the mark by an hour. I understand that things happen. - I warned the crew several times that my bed was very heavy and needed special care. I told them of everything in the house, the bed was my "baby." They left one person standing with the headboard, which then fell, and the legs on the headboard frame 'kicked up' knocking a hole through the bedroom wall. - We left the house of origin. Halfway to the new home on 285, they called me. They'd left the screws for my bed at the old house and *I* had to turn around to go get them. Also left in the old house was shrink wrap and a large blue drop cloth. - I arrived at the new house (new construction with a white concrete driveway). The truck was backed in and something was dripping. I told Aaron that I'd like to put a drop cloth under the drip. He said there was a loose cap on a tank near the front of the truck that he had since tightened - the drip should no longer be an issue. - When I inspected the bed's frame post set-up, I noticed the support legs under the slats were leaning. I removed the mattress and the box springs (King Size). 4 of the holes in the slats did not have screws in them (they DID at the old location); the slats were just 'floating' on the frame. The supports under the slats were not screwed in. Had I gone to sleep on the bed or had other activities, it would have surely collapsed. - Wrenches and drop cloths were left at the new home Again, I must reiterate - they are great movers: friendly, timely, (almost) no damage to either property. What's lacking is an attention to detail and quality checks along the way.

They came early for the job, and were well-prepared to move my storage and repack furnishings that the last movers had done such a terrible job on. This team is one of the best I’ve ever worked with- they were courteous, and really hustled to get this done right! I am very satisfied with hiring In and Out Movers. Vladimir and Theo were awesome, and so efficient. They took great care of our furniture and made sure not to damage anything. I would definitely use them again, and I will be recommending this company to others.
I had two fantastic movers. My problem came in with the fact I was promised three movers and a 26 foot truck. I received a 20 foot truck and two movers. I did not receive a call prior to the movers showing up informing me that the truck was smaller and there was only two men. Of course I paid for two men instead of three but the communication should have been priority. I had a big move and the two movers I had did a fantastic job. They were very professional and hard working. I did speak with their boss and he rectified the situation by taking money of my move, which I appreciate. Overall the move went as smooth as a move can go. I would use this company again. Their movers have good work ethics.
I enjoyed my experience with Bellhops. They inform you upfront that you are working with college-aged guys not professional movers, but that didn't take away from their professionalism. They communicated with me in a timely way from start to finish, worked to maximize my small truck space, and were very friendly throughout the process. I would use their services again.

To start off- they saved us hundreds compared to other piano movers. They always responded promptly and professionally via telephone conversations and texts. They gave a courtesy call when they were in their way and could not have been nicer guys. Everything went so smooth and fast. Our piano was well cared for and we are so pleased! Highly recommend compass liberty movers for any moving needs!
I wish I would have did the review sooner. Last August, we were moving across the country and needed to clean out the garage before the movers came. Brian came and went out of his way to pick up all load of junk and come back the next morning for an extra pickup. I was grateful!

I needed a last minute move and was struggling to find anyone who could fit me in. Thank God that they were able to get the job done and did an excellent job. One of the movers that particularly stood out was a guy named Gilbert. He made sure that his fellow coworkers were diligent and took great care of my property. I am picky when it comes to my things so if they can satisfy me I definitely would recommend them to anyone else. They made sure that all of my furniture was protected. They loaded and unloaded quickly. They were highly professional, placed my belongings exactly where I asked and even helped to assemble it back. I could not have asked for better service. I'll be using you guys again. Thanks so much!!

Scheduling was quick and easy. Customer service is impeccable. The movers were professional, courteous and punctual. From moving all of my furniture and personal belongings out of one place to the next, was very smooth. They put together and arranged all of my furniture and belongings exactly where and how I asked. We did not have a good experience with MyPorter, however the 5 star rating is for the excellent customer service we received from Roosevelt (one of the movers hired for our move). His patient professionalism & work ethic canceled out all of the negative aspects of our move (inventory documented incorrectly, porters coming/going during the allotted time, van wasn't large enough to accommodate all of the furniture, etc). I would 100% use this company again if he was the mover assigned to the project. Thank you, Roosevelt, for making a stressful move pleasant!
The good: Definitely know what they are doing as far as being professional movers (i.e. not scratching your stuff, knowing how to properly lockdown furniture so stuff is not flying). The bad: Not very good business wise. Should have forwarded agreement by mail instead of getting here and handing over a contract that added an additional $50, with explanation for it being everybody else charges it, and it was mentioned over phone (which it wasn't). 4 stars for knowing what they were doing and being professional, but really need to be clearer business wise and utilize email.

These boys were EPIC!!! Scheduled for 7am, arrived at 6:30am ready to work! Lifted some very heavy pieces of furniture without thinking twice... These fellas are NOT new or part time movers... they are MEN WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING with very strong backs! Will recommend to everyone...very professional, courteous and helpful. Best moving experience I've had. Curtis and team (including Adrian) were fantastic. Beyond being really nice and responsible guys, they were incredibly responsive and professional, which was great because we had several changes all the way up to the day before the move. I was very impressed with how together this company is, considering how new they are. You would think this company had been around for years. We had a cross country (GA to MN) move with a car in tow and two drop off locations at the end of the trip and they had all the correct documents we needed right away (e.g., insurance for both vehicle/tow and transit and contents of the move, contract, etc). They were also very quick but CAREFUL. I have had many bad experiences with movers thinking the only thing that matters is time (since that is the only thing that may matter to them when there is a flat rate). With some other movers I've used, they don't read box labels or rush through moving fragile furniture and then leave before you can even notice they've damaged everything. With HH, everything was handled with care including the house we were moving from and (very small) apartment we were moving to, and very importantly, the truck was packed very thoughtfully. It was a larger truck that was only half full, but everything was tied down and stored to protect each item and its neighbors. This may sound like common sense, but when you have movers that are tight on time and the move is taking longer than thought (which this one did), things end up just getting thrown on the truck without much thought and that's where stuff gets damaged. As Curtis explained to me, you get a completely different level of care and consideration when you have movers who are their company (Curtis is the owner). It is their reputation and their dollar if a customer is unhappy or something gets damaged. And yes, they are priced very fairly - about a third of what two movers and truck would charge you and in line with other smaller companies. I hope this review helps convince someone else to go with HH - again they are newer so don't have a huge online footprint, but this is a real review from a real very satisfied customer (beware of people on google who post phony, reviews for pay, there are a lot out there). Will be posting this same review on u-Haul's website. I couldn't recommend this company more!
