I was having issues with connectivity at my short-term rental. Steve quickly handled my concerns and saved me from driving the 10 hours to manage myself. He even worked with the cable company which completely freed me of the stress in managing the situation from hours away. While at the property, fixed multiple technical issues we were having with the internet and was professional in dealing with our guests. Thank you!

Once Steve found my mother board was deceased, we asked him to build a new computer for me. He listened to what I wanted and said he could do it in one week. One week later he transferred the data from the old computer and installed the new one in my home. All went well and he was very easy to work with and very professional. We highly recommend him.
