- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable. With so many years in the industry we have great relationships with all of our distributors and we can get you the best pricing possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have many different ways that we work with customers. Whether they call, email or find us on social media we get them scheduled right away. Depending on the need we either have a comfort advisor or service technician to come out and access the customer's needs. Once the needs are accessed and pricing is given than we can either move forward with this work or get it scheduled. We offer our customers different types of financing as well just in case it is needed. We handle all of the steps for this so you don't have to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As HVAC professionals we never stop going to get certification and taking continuing education classes. Our technicians are all EPA certified. Some of our technicians are NATE certified as well. Our guys have a meeting once every week to get updates on new technology and refreshing their education in other areas.
