- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Non insurance work, we will work to ensure the you get our best price. All insurance related work is pre-negotiated with your insurance company, the only expense you may have is your deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PuroClean of Buford is available 24/7. When a customer calls with an emergency we have the following procedure: 1. Over the phone assist the customer in address the cause of the water issue (shut off water sources) if possible. 2. Provide some basic guidance on both documenting the initial loss (for insurance purposes) and helping to minimize the damage if possible. 3. Provide an ETA to the customer address for our service techs 4. When near the customer address the tech will update the customer. 5. Onsite we will confirm the source of the water problem is stopped. 6. Inspect, document and provide an initial estimate of impacted area and remediation steps needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC and RIA are the two organizations that provide training and certification of individual and firms meet all industry standards for water/fire/mold/smoke and biohazard. Never allow a non certified tech or firm to provide service as they are not trained on the latest standards.
