We make every effort to hire the best and most experienced staff in this area by having background checks done, at least two assessments under supervision, and we currently pay more than the national average. We also have a system in place that is step above the rest with our detailed inspections and walk-thrus with the customers and our top notch customer service team. We have also just implemented the random use of hidden cameras(with the customer's written consent & knowledge)& a new air purifying, sanitizing, & ionizing system that is utilized while the technicians are cleaning at no additional cost to our customers. The cleaning of the air is also an important aspect of any cleaning, just ask anyone with allergies!!

    I work for a construction company building new buildings and renovations for RAFB. We have used UltraClean at all of our projects for post construction clean-up. The USACE and RAFB completes a final inspection before we turn the building over to the base. We have yet to fail an inspection and when there is a punch list, it never has to do with the cleanliness of the buildings. The workers take direction very well and are easy to work with. Their prices are quite reasonable and the owner follows up to make sure it was a job well done. I highly recommend UltraClean.


What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is actually quite simple and straight forward. We offer our customers the option to pay hourly or a set price based on the job to be done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandmother had used several cleaning services for her home and she kept having people steal her jewelry. I decided to try to create a service that provided a great service and one that you can trust in your home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly provide pressurewashing statewide, housecleaning, janitorial maintenance, carpet cleaning, & stripping and waxing floors, move-in/move-out cleaning, & post-construction cleaning!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We helped a lady that had been fighting with cancer and she had been unable to maintain her home properly, so she called us in and we were able to exceed her expectations and when we were done she said she felt whole again and we had taken a tremendous load off of her back because she was so embarassed of her home, now she was proud of it once again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if they require a long term contract, we do not require any contracts, and make sure they are insured and bonded. Ask how often they do inspections behind the custodians. Also always check their rating with the Better Business Bureau. And look around for reviews. We haven't had a lot of reviews on this particular site, however we have been named company of the year for 2015 on another site & we have numerous reviews there as well as a 4.75 star rating out 5!!

I am very friendly and everyone at UltraClean, Inc. is like this. We always put the customer first, even if it means we will make less money from the job. We just want the customer to be pleased with the service we have offered.
