(Its my fault for dropping the ball on responding as i was at work) I went with another service after losing our conversation, however; I received a very quick first resonse and was given a very good offer $40 less than others on the initial overgrown cut and 20$ less per month on bi-weekly service.

Stay away! You do not want to hire someone who ignores your call/never responds back to your message. We hired him for mulching our front yard and he did not complete the job. He promised to come back and finish the pending work but never did and started igonring the calls and messages.
