Tree Trimming and Removal
These guys did a great job. They helped us evaluate the plethora of trees in our new yard that hadn't been taken care of in years prior to our arrival last summer. They made expert recommendations on what needed to be done to make our yard safe for our kids, clean, and pretty. They were efficient, punctual, professional, and even cleaned up the yard and brought the limbs to the curb for pickup. Our yard looks so much better and we can't wait to have some grass this spring!

Tree Trimming and Removal
Shane and his crew were incredible! Very courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. A great value, excellent work and inexpensive. They took care of 5 large trees hanging over my house, next to sidewalks and driveways, propane tank, and I never had a concern because of how good they are at what they do. I would recommend The Arborist to anyone and will be calling them again in the future for sure.

Tree Trimming and Removal
Shane and his crew made short work of a large problem. They're definitely going to be on speed dial for the next storm.

It is hard to say what we liked best because all of above applied. He was on time, listened to what we needed, the price was awesome, his Professionalism and work ethic was shown in the end result. Oh and did I say he cared; he cared about his quality of work and if we were happy. A rare thing to find in workers these days. TYSM; we will never hesitate to contact him again for more work.

Shane and his team did an awesome job in removing large tree branches away from my home and my neighbors home. They also cut all the wood into logs to be used for firewood and neatly piled them in my yard! I would definitely use their services again and would undoubtedly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Shane

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? When a quote is given there are no hidden fees or up charges. I have never changed the price for a job once it has been quoted. This is my preference for how to do business with customer. If I miss somthing while quoting a job that is on me and not the customer. I don't like getting up charged and I'm sure my customers feel the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After speaking on the phone and learning about the customers needs we would set up a appointment to quote the work in person. If terms are acceptable a date would be set to do the work. For most jobs there is no money up front and payment is only due once the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Two plus years of apprenticeship and on the job training with continued online education.
