- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We of course introduce ourselves and ask in detail what their computer issue is. Then a quote is worked up and signed by the customer so everyone knows what the process is. We fix their issue and everyone is happy!

We are A+ and Microsoft certified
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus Removal is our most common type of repair request. Following this is Data Recovery. We enjoy helping our clients whatever the job may be.
