- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We mitigation and test for radon everyday. We know what it takes to get the job done. We provide a price to fix the home and do not nickle and dime our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the property with them and decide the best location for the system. On the day of the installation we decide the best location for suction points be conducting advanced diagnostics. Some companies draw out the floor plan and put dots on a it. Then they hand that off to a crew that drill holes a run pipe. We always have a radon professional onsite and we design our systems based on result of diagnostics. Our system are extremely effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have completed 184 continuing education hours this year. I have completed the courses, passed exams to become a Certified Member of the National Radon Proficiency Program as a Radom Measurement and Mitigation provider.
