FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As each job is different, when I give someone a blind estimate. it is exactly that, an estimate based on the limited information I have. I offer everyone a FREE WALK THRU ESTIMATE prior to scheduling their service so that I can see exactly what they need done. I can tell them everything I am going to do, they have an opportunity to express any concerns or special things they would like to see done and get a firm price for the job. There are no surprises for me or them that way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go out and meet them, walk thru the home to be cleaned, see what the customer wants to have done and come to an agreement about pricing and scheduling. Your home is your largest investment. You want to be comfortable with the person you have coming into it. It gives both if us a chance to see if it is going to be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned along the way. Almost every person I cleaned for in the beginning. I learned one tip or trick from. My perfectionists personality pushes me to be and do my best. Now people call me to ask me "what can I use to clean ____?" That's kinda cool
