- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a standard pricing system since I don't have a standard service. One wedding will be quite different than another wedding... etc. The pricing will be suited to fit, and insure, a specific outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Number one, is to know exactly what the customer wants, and that they know whether or not I have what it takes to provide it. And then, getting to know the customer as they get to know me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend Showcase Photo School on occasion - Naval Air Technical Training Unit while in the Marine Corps. And tutored by my Father, two Uncles and Grandfather the first 36 years of my professional life. BS in Marketing - University of California and Masters Degree Jacksonville Theological Seminary - continuous photo education through the years
