Honest and Direct would be the first two things that come to mind. I had a major issues. They came out, dug up the tank and showed me what was going on. The camera they use is great. They aren't just telling you about the problem. They take the time to Show you Video of what's going on. Superior is my lifetime septic company.

He did a great job and took time to answer all my questions. Though, I wish I could know the price up front so I can research for more companies to do the clean out. I was charged for twice the price I was quoted due to large amount of deposit in my tanks. But overall, he did a great job.

We want to reach out and apologize for the confusion there might have been with the initial quote. We do our best to give out a quote over the phone with the limited information we have on hand. Tanks that haven't been properly maintained within the standard timed pump-outs, tanks that require filters and other necessities that are required to maintain function and longevity are going to incur an addition cost. Those cost are always written up on a company invoice and are explained in detail before Any work is preformed with absolutely No obligation.
