Introduction: In a field where it's a lot of one or two project deals and then the company moves on, my oldest client has been with me for more than 15 years. In addition, about half my new clients come to me by way of referral. My job is to make your company or business leader look good. Some creative firms or independents get too caught up in submitting completed projects or campaigns in order to compete for annual creative awards in advertising, design, etc. I just want the work I do for you to solve problems or challenges you are having and, ultimately, to get you more business and improve your company's reputation. I enjoy and actually prefer to be the behind the scenes person. I am also a stickler for accuracy--spelling, punctuation, etc. The variety of projects, people and industries I work with on freelance projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am pretty flexible and affordable with my pricing. I can charge by the hour, by the project or work on a retainer basis for repeat projects (such as handling social media and regular blog entries). I also offer referral credits to current clients who refer me to new clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Approximately 20 years' experience, a large variety of projects, continually learning new skills and areas (for instance, I jumped on social media pretty early on as I saw it's potential and realized some of the mediums were really an online extension of PR that I was heavily doing at the time. As others came along, morphed and developed, the marketing aspect of some, like Facebook, came into being.) I've attended dozens of workshops, more than a hundred webinars, regularly take online courses at places like Udemy and Skillshare, network with others in the industry, and do A LOT of reading (online, enewsletters, articles, magazines, reports, etc. ) all in an effort to stay on top of changes in the industry (e.g. on social media, SEO, new marketing trends, updates or new software) or to keep on what's hot and what's not.
