- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a one-time complimentary consultation (via phone or email) and charge a low planning fee of just $50/per adult (no charge for children) to initiate the quote process. No further service fees are required beyond the initial planning fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I send every new customer a brief questionnaire to learn a little more about you and what you are looking for. I then prefer to schedule a consultation phone call to review the information you give in the questionnaire, but if you need to communicate via text or email instead I can arrange that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) certificate from the well-respected Travel Institute. I have completed training programs from the majority of major cruise lines (Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Norwegian, and Disney). I am a Certified Sandals Specialist, AMResorts Specialist, and Couples Resort Specialist). I have completed required training for the Disney College of Knowledge and Universal Orlando. In addition I have complete various destination specific trainings, including (but not limited to): Hawaiian Destination Specialist, Aussie Specialist (Australia); Dominican Republic Specialist; Jamaica Specialist; Los Cabos Specialist; Puerto Rico Travel Specialist, Vancouver Specialist and St. Maarten Specialist.
