Introduction: Hi everyone! I’ve been a personal trainer going on 10 years now. I have my bachelors degree in exercise and health science from KSU. I LOVE helping others transform not only their bodies but their mindset and lifestyle. I’m all about having a great QUALITY of life and being able to enjoy the simple things. I have multiple training techniques to help keep sessions from becoming mundane and boring. I like to have fun!

I loved working out with Andrea! I lost so much weight and gained so much muscle tone. She is also super entertaining and supportive. I wish I still had time to workout with her but my home life is just too hectic right now.

Andrea is super motivational and keeps each session fun yet challenging. She is extremely helpful and makes sure you are keeping form. As a beginner, I always felt comfortable asking questions. And is always willing to modify to your specific needs and ability. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer!

Andrea has provided competitive workouts that are not only challenging but are fun to work through. Her responsiveness to communication has been very punctual and encouraging to my lifestyle. Meal planning and caloric intake counseling have been simplified so that it is affordable and fulfilling. Lastly she has educated, encouraged and mentored me through my health transformation, helping me understand that being healthy is more than lifting and loosing weight. She has taught me that physical as well as mental health are paramount in everyday life. That one pours into the other. She goes above and beyond to be intentional about What my body needs to be successful.
