I'm so glad that I read the reviews and did my homework when choosing a trainer... I have had trainers in the past.. but Doc is as advertised...he is not like the trainers I received quotes from that train you out of there cars or other people's gyms..he has a huge gym that he owns with world class equipment.. very clean and is a personal training gym only and not open to the public for gym membership.. I like the personal touch..our 1st workout he kept correcting me on my form that my other trainers was showing me wrong.. I see why I stayed injured.. I finally felt the body part I was working and not my back...he worked with my budget and I say to anyone out there that is looking for a trainer.. read the reviews.... visit all whom is quoting as I feel I have wasted 5 years of training with other trainers..I look forward to this lifestyle change and will tell all my family and friends about Doc ..:-)
This trainer is by far one of the best trainers I have dealt with before. He is beyond professional and seems to have not only a true understanding of body mechanics but nutrition as well. For the first time in my life I have lost weight and kept it off!! I am so proud of myself and thankful for my trainer!

David's unique workouts have helped me eliminate the back pain that previously hampered my strength training and agility. His exercises are great tools for strengthening and balance without injury. The body lab is the best studio for PT I have been to. I have tried many trainers over the past year but they easily take the cake. Bakar especially is such a cool and knowledgeable guy. He's got a great nature and provides really intense sessions which I need. He's flexible and very understanding but really pushes me to do my best. I look forward to working with him for a very long time!
Kevin is awesome! He has been my personal trainer for almost 4 years! He is knowledgeable, he listens and ensures you have a say so in your workouts! He is dependable, and a fantastic motivator. Kevin is results-oriented, so he cares about all aspects of your life because he knows it impacts your progress! I went through 3 trainers before I found him. He is a keeper!
I have been working with Jeff for about five years. We were both brand new to the training thing so we learned what works together. The amazing thing is he helped me lose 100 lbs. and the first 60 lbs. was in only eight months! Over the next few years he, expanded his training and expertise in a way that makes him very unique. Working out with Jeff is like active therapy. He listens, cares and says things that really make me think about my relationship with food, people and myself. I have worked with other trainers and there truly is no one like Jeff! I will always be very thankful for his help.
Jeshua is an EXCELLENT trainer! The exercise programs he designs are thoughtful and make my hour sessions both fun and interesting. He knows just the right amount to “push”, and also when to scale back. Jeshua is extremely attentive. He provides timely & helpful tips, frequent feedback, and plenty of encouragement. He's receptive to feedback and quickly adapted to my interpersonal style... Now he knows EXACTLY how to motivate me to deliver my best, every single session. Also, I appreciate his insights on nutrition and healthy lifestyle – This is a huge bonus for me. Working with Jeshua, I’ve experienced great progress in a relatively short amount of time – Over 9 lbs lost in my first month! I’m always amazed when he chimes in and tells me how much more weight/reps/time I’ve completed compared to a previous session. Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! That really makes a difference. After just a few months of training I am achieving my body and nutrition goals thanks to his guidance.
I have had a few trainers, but none of them has been as good as jerome. His military leadership experience and his educational background is impeccable. He pushes his clients to their max potential. And the best pet is he comes to your home, no dealing with traffic, or worrying about other people watching you at the gym. You actually get that pine on one training. And his prices are reasonable. My trainer is great. He gave me a lot of great information about my diet. He's also teaching me some great corrective exercises.
I have been working with Damon for a couple of weeks now and we will have much more work to do due to my needs. Damon is a very thoughtful, experienced, empathetic and effective professional. In 1 hour he gives me a more effective workout than my 1.5 hrs of home based exercises I received from my physical therapist. He has the right mix of caution yet pushing your body as necessary. He even goes the extra mile to contact me later in the day or the next day to see how my body is reacting to the training. I have already felt improvement and have no doubts they will continue as we work together. I've had chronic pain since about 1998 and I've had 3 complex back surgeries. I've worked with many physical therapists but no personal trainers. Damon is one of the best, if not the best, physical improvement trainers I've worked with. I would absolutely highly recommend him.

I am enjoying exercising and I am so thank for Cache my personal trainer. The training sessions have been dynamics--after each workout I feel energized and refreshed. This is my third week working with Midtown Trainers and I could not be happier. I appreciate how all the trainers use their individual strengths, working together as a team to help you reach your goals. Lauren, my main trainer, is phenomenal. She is right there watching my form and will help me make immediate adjustments as needed. She pushes me when she is confident that I can do more, and I trust her so if she thinks I can do it then I believe I can as well. The programs are individualized and progressive so you never feel stagnate or bored. I highly recommend this team of trainers. Trey has chosen a great group of professionals who are passionate about fitness and will work hard in your behalf to get you where you want to be.
