Latest Review: I came to Santiago asking for a workout plan and nutrition/strength plan and got all that and so much more! Santiago's workout plan combine individualized mentorship with weight training, kick boxing, regular boxing, and his vast knowledge of other martial arts to make each class challenging, fat busting but most importantly fun and excited for the next class. The classes are outdoors but they are a million times more effective than an air conditioned workout "lounge". I have tried every fad out there, if you want to lose weight you got to be serious, be willing to do what you got to do, and be receptive to instruction. Come out with us to WORK!
