With in 24 hours of calling Sams Electric, Jonathan was out and provided an estimate. Which was more than fair. Appointment was set and Sams Electric crew showed up a few mins before Scheduled appointment which was great. Jonathan's advised work would take about 2.5 hours and was completed right on time and that included work they performed and cleaning up the work space. Jonathan advise what was complete and i couldnt be more satisfied!! I would recommend Sams Electric because of the quality and professionalism of him and his staff!!

Jonathan Davis was outstanding with his electrical work. He came and installed a couple of ceiling fans. He charges a very reasonable rate. It only took a little while, and he worked with me on a time that worked well for my schedule. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend.

I contacted Sam's Electric on one of the coldest days because my breakers kept tripping because of our heating units. Mr. Davis showed up and not only was he very professional, he was above all knowledgeable. He solved the problem and we no longer have to worry about our breakers! ***Highly Recommended***

    Working with new customers is the same as working with current customers. The amount of service and quality remains the same for life. When a new customer calls us and we set a time to meet, I usually ask questions about the project as well as a few personal questions to build a relationship with the person. My goal in meeting a new customer is to make a new friend and life long customer.

    I have worked with home builders to homeowners. Each customer will get the same respect, quality and attention they deserve.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask questions, and ask as many as you can think of. A professional will be more than happy to answer any and all questions. After all, this is YOUR home we are working in.
