These guys were supposed to move my family. They were to arrive before 10, never showed or called. Called multiple time and was told they were stuck at a weigh station and didn’t know if they could get us moved yesterday. I understand things happen but a simple call and a backup plan could have prevented my stress. We have three small children who had to sleep on the floor last night. Including an 8 month old baby.... My apologies again. We've never gotten stuck at a weigh station before. I did inform you with the information I had at the time. Our last conversation was while in route to you after leaving the truck there in which you said don't bother. I'm sorry again about yesterday. It was outside of my control.
Damaged several valuable items including piano, grandfather clock, dining room table, mattresses & boxsprings, clothes, dishes and collectibles. Did not protect home carpet and has to be cleaned. Did not wrap or transport items efficiently. Very careless.Dec 30, 2016VerifiedMichael C.'s reply
I'm sorry you lost your clock key and failed to remove the weights in it as we discussed prior to hiring us. The mattress and box spring had dog urine stains on the side from repeated use as a pets favorite spot to potty. We packed your belongings even the broken dishes you held on to. Piano damage was pre existing. All of your furniture was covered with furniture pads thats how the dining room table got 2 white water marks on it. It did not help yall washing your dishes and drying them on the table which was evident in the photos. I could see the outlines of cassarole dish, pots, and cups. Call the furniture company I sent you info on. The $1250 check will cover refinishing with a bit extra. They are highly rated just like my company. I hope they satisfy you more than we were able to.
