Introduction: At Ikon Outdoor Services we treat every customer as if your lawn is our own. Communication is key with our service. If you are not happy we are not happy. As the owner I promise my staff or myself will never promise or say anything misleading. We will do what you request of us and make sure you are completely 100% satisified. If you need references we can provide them as well upon request. I LOVE my job because of the look and the joy it brings to our customers after they see their lawn transformed to what they have envisioned or dreamed it could be.

Absolutely amazing. From the moment I made contact, Justin was extremely professional and courteous. Very willing to accommodate and willing to work at the customers convenience. I needed a solid 'once-over' for my entire lawn (mowing, edging, shrub timing, etc...) and the result was nothing short of amazing. He came with a crew of three and was very attention to detail oriented, not time oriented. My wife commented that the lawn had never looked so good. I definitely recommend Ikon Outdoor for any landscaping / lawn care needs.

I was very clear in what I wanted and it seemed like we all agreed on the job after a bit of discussion. The two fellows asked to mow the lawn a week later because of their schedule and gave me one of two possible dates that they would come by and mow the yard. The not only did not come by, they did not even call. This is perhaps the worst customer experience I have seen in the South. Dr. Christopher Bloss
