- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple. You tell me what you need help with and I give you a quote. I have never charged over $500 (largest wedding ever!) and start at $250 for basic directing and consulting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working part time in a bridal shop,,,,obtained certification and began directing. I have owned a bridal salon and know the ins and outs of dress buying and ordering. I have worked as a catering manager booking over 168 events and the details for each, I have catered small weddings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Gather information about their 'dreams', gather quotes from vendors, recommend means of saving on the budget, answer etiquette questions, recommend décor ideas, keep everyone on schedule making sure they do what they need to do timely, plan the ceremony, direct the rehearsal, present the ENTIRE day of the wedding.
