Ms. Townes has been cleaning our home for thirteen years. She gives a reminder call the day before she comes, though we have a regular schedule - every other Tuesday. She is flexible with respect to scheduling, as we are an elderly couple, and sometimes health appointments may require a change in either the date or the time that is ordinarily scheduled.
The quality of her work is above reproach. She even gives extra care to some areas because she knows that we are not physically able to do certain maintenance activities. When she sees areas that need attention of other professionals, she points them out. Further, she has made referrals, upon request, for professionals to do such work as painting, providing new flooring and cleaning windows. Ms. Townes prides herself in a job well done, and she treats her customers with human kindness. My husband and I are both appreciative of her work and of her humanity.
I have no hesitancy in providing an "outstanding" rating for Ms. Yvonne Townes.
