What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our Jobs are on standard hourly pricing, yet we do create package jobs with discounted pricing. The project managers can explained this more. IN a nutshell if you have a large project we can save you more by bidding on it all together verses each piece separately. We have a long standing business, so we understand what normal time is needed with normal projects, so our prices reflect that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer and get a great overview of what the customer wants (Site Survey). Then we determine what kind of budget the customer, would like to spend. We create the design and send the itemized quote over. Customer accepts and we then make what his/her dreams may be, come true. We like to ensure happiness with each and every customer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work in a specified area. We only do residential and light commercial work. Our clients include AT&T, Planet fitness, Popeye’s, Staples and Buffalo Wild wings, for commercial work. We have done work for many Celebrities and most importantly, our customers. No matter who you are we still treat every job the same, Pride, dedication. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Because customer expectations are sometimes not completely clear, we like to do a site survey. Be prepared to take time to fully work on the details of the project. Many times because you may know what you want, but do not know how to explain it. You may not understand the details that come with installation. Be prepared to answer questions, and know that we move quickly but not too fast and cause a bad installations. Most projects are an investment and any investment takes time.
